@benchmarcdrivetothrive Izzy's 3rd and final Emergency stop on her lesson at the beginning of the week... She nailed this emergency stop and everything that happened afterwards. Massive well done Izzy! Most don't get any serious faults for the emergency stop itself. What happens after the emergency stop is normally where a serious fault will happen. It can be quite an uncomfortable experience for some when performing an emergency stop, that they then rush what happens next and don't observe effectively before moving off. Remember, put your parking / hand brake on and into neutral if necessary in your car, or just keep your foot steady on the foot brake. Wait for the examiner to speak and ask you to drive on when you're ready, then fully observe around you and drive on when you're ready and when it's safe. Remember it's when you're ready, not as soon as the examiner asks you. It may not be safe to go straight away! Although it's not illegal to, it's recommended that you do not undertake anyone in the left hand lane. It not only puts others in danger who want to move left.
